Yes! Go to the Balance Tab, tap on the Add button, then tap on the title bar at the top and choose "Add account manually" from the menu, and fill out the information for your manual account. From there you can add transactions manually, and we'll keep track of the account balance for you. Lots of users keep track of their cash transactions this way.
