Look in the "Your Banks" tab. If you see your bank twice, select one of them and then select the "Remove" button at the bottom of the page. Note that shared joint accounts with your partner may show up twice, once for you and once for your partner, if both have linked the bank account to your Honeydue app. You can hide one of them by going into the account, then into settings and toggling the "Enabled" button.
